The following check-in options are available for passengers flying with Air Arabia.

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Opens 48 hours and closed 4 hours before departure for most flights (2 hours for some destinations, check at booking confrmation).

Available through the Air Arabia website and mobile app.

Passengers without checked baggage can proceed directly to security with their boarding pass.

Those with checked baggage must drop it off at designated counters.

KLIA Airport Counters Check-in

Airport check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 1 hour before for Economy Class and 45 minutes before for Business Class.

Passengers must present travel documents at the counter to receive their boarding pass.

The Air Arabia Check-In counters in KLIA Terminal 1, the counters number is arranged by the airport authority based on daily conditions.

City Check-in (UAE Only):

Available in Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah.

Passengers can drop off luggage and collect boarding passes from 48 hours up to 8 hours before departure.

A handling fee applies for this service.
