The following check‑in options are available for passengers flying with Bhutan Airlines at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL).

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Passengers may complete online check‑in through the Bhutan Airlines website or mobile app from 24 hours up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.

After completing online check‑in, passengers must print their boarding pass or download it to their mobile device and proceed to the airport for any baggage drop and security formalities.

Airport Counter Check-in

Bhutan Airlines check‑in counters at Kuala Lumpur International Airport are located in Terminal 1.

• Check‑in counters open 180 minutes (3 hours) before the scheduled departure time.
• Counters close 45 minutes before departure time.

Passengers must complete check‑in and drop checked baggage no later than the check‑in closing time. Passengers who do not complete check‑in before the counter closes may not be accepted for travel.

Note: Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before departure to allow time for check‑in, baggage drop, immigration, and other formalities.
