As of late 2025, British Airways operates the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL) route using the Boeing 787‑9 Dreamliner, with the following aircraft and cabin configuration.

First Class

• Eight individual First Class seats in a spacious forward‑facing layout.

• 1‑2‑1 configuration with direct aisle access.

• Generous personal space and premium service.

Business Class (Club World / Club Suite)

• Business Class seats in a 2‑3‑2 layout (older Club World) on most 787‑9 flights.

• BA is introducing the Club Suite (1‑2‑1 layout) on selected aircraft, offering enhanced privacy and direct aisle access in all seats.

• Lie‑flat seats with ample legroom for long‑haul comfort.

Premium Economy (World Traveller Plus)

• Dedicated premium economy cabin with wider seats and more recline than Economy.

• The seats are arranged in a 2‑3‑2 layout, offering increased pitch and upgraded amenities.

Economy Class (World Traveller)

• Standard 3‑3‑3 layout throughout the economy cabin.

• Comfortable seating with personal entertainment screens and USB/power outlets.

Seat Selection

• Available during booking or via Manage Booking on the British Airways website.

• Extra‑legroom and preferred seats available for a fee or elite status upgrades.

• Online check‑in opens 24 hours before departure.
