The following check-in options are available for passengers flying with Cambodia Airways.

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

As of early 2026, Cambodia Airways does not provide an online check-in option on its own website or app for boarding pass issuance before arriving at the airport.

Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Self-service check-in kiosks are available in the Departure Hall at KLIA, allowing passengers of selected airlines to check in and print their boarding passes and baggage tags.

Please note that Cambodia Airways does not offer self-service check-in at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL). Passengers travelling with Cambodia Airways are required to check in at the airport check-in counters.

Airport Counter Check-in

Location: Terminal 2, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL).

Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes prior to departure.

Arrival advice: Passengers are advised to arrive at least 180 minutes before departure to allow sufficient time for check-in and other formalities.
