EVA Air Check-in Information at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA)

Passengers traveling with EVA Air can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:

Online Web Check-in

Online check-in for EVA Air are available. You can check in online between 48 and 1.5 hours before departure. If you are traveling in Royal Laurel Class/Premium Laurel Class/Business Class, you may choose from a selection of unique regional dishes between 21 days and 24 hours prior to departure. Seat selection is open until 24 hours before your scheduled flight departure.

Passengers traveling internationally should be at the gate at least 30 minutes before departure.

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

For easier and smoother boarding, check in your flights at self check-in kiosk to avoid the queue.

Services are available at the check-in kiosk around the departures hall.

Airport Counter Check-in

The amount of time needed to complete all check-in requirements varies depending on your itinerary. The counters at the airport will be closing 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.

Boarding gate will close 30 minutes prior to scheduled time of departure.

Return Check-in

If you’re departing from Taipei (TPE), Taichung (RMQ),Kaohsiung (KHH), Hong Kong (HKG), Macau (MFM) and returning within 48 hours and from the same city, you can check in for your return sector at the same time as you check in for your outbound flight. This is a very helpful service for those passengers traveling without baggage.
