FitsAir provides cancellation and refund options based on the fare rules and conditions attached to each ticket.

Below are the key points of their policy:

Cancellation Policy

By default, FitsAir tickets are subject to fare rules, and cancellation or refund eligibility depends on the fare type purchased.

• Passengers may cancel their booking up to 5 hours before the scheduled departure time, subject to applicable penalties.

• To qualify for a voluntary refund for an unused ticket, the cancellation request must be made at least 12 hours before departure.

• Refund eligibility depends on the fare type purchased (e.g., Economy Basic, Economy Classic, Economy Flex).

• Economy Basic tickets are non-refundable.

• Tickets that allow cancellations are subject to refund penalties depending on route and fare type.

• Partial cancellation is permitted only for Economy Flex and Business Class tickets, subject to applicable fees.

• Passengers who fail to travel without cancelling their booking (No-Show) are not eligible for a fare refund. Only unused government taxes may be refunded.

Refund Policy

For refundable or partially refundable tickets, refunds are processed according to the applicable fare rules and conditions of carriage.

• Refund penalties depend on fare type and route.

• For fully unused tickets cancelled at least 12 hours before departure:

Economy Classic: Refund fee applies (USD 50 for short-haul flights, USD 90 for medium-haul flights).

Economy Flex: Refund fee applies (USD 30 for short-haul flights, USD 70 for medium-haul flights).

• Partially used tickets are not eligible for fare refunds. Only unused government taxes may be refunded.

• In the case of a No-Show, only unused government taxes are refundable and a USD 60 processing fee per sector applies.

• If a flight is cancelled by FitsAir, passengers may choose a full refund or rebooking on an alternative flight.

• Eligible refunds are issued in accordance with the airline’s refund procedures.

• Refund requests must be submitted within one month of the scheduled departure date.

• Refunds may be issued as a credit voucher valid for three months for future travel, depending on the ticket conditions.

• Refund requests can be made via:

    - FitsAir website refund request form

    - FitsAir customer service

    - The original travel agent or booking platform
