The following check-in options are available for passengers flying with FitsAir.

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

FitsAir provides an online web check-in function through its official website Manage Booking section. Passengers can check in online and manage their booking before arriving at the airport.

Passengers who are unable to complete online check-in must proceed to the airport check-in counters for document verification and boarding pass issuance.

Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Self-service check-in kiosks are available in the Departure Hall at KLIA Terminal 2 (klia2) for selected airlines to check in and print boarding passes and baggage tags.

FitsAir does not provide self-service kiosk check-in at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL). Passengers travelling with FitsAir must complete check-in at the airline’s airport check-in counters.

Airport Counter Check-in

Location: Terminal 2, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL), Departure Hall.

Check-in counters open 4 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Check-in counters close 60 minutes before departure.

Passengers who arrive for check-in with less than 60 minutes remaining before departure may be denied boarding.

Arrival advice: Passengers should arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before departure to allow sufficient time for check-in, immigration, and security clearance.
