• If a passenger fails to cancel before the scheduled departure (no‑show), the fare and any prepaid services will not be refunded; unused taxes may be refundable when permitted by the rules.

• Cancellation must be submitted prior to the flight’s scheduled departure in order to be considered under the fare rules, and service charges specified by the fare may apply.
