The following check-in options are available for passengers flying with Xiamen Airlines.

KLIA Airport Check-in Counters

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Online check-in for Xiamen Airlines available from 48 hours (domestic) to 60 minutes before scheduled departure.

The online check-in service is unavailable for international flights.

Use the Xiamen Airlines website or mobile app to check in and download or print your boarding pass.

Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Self-service check-in kiosks are available in the Departure Hall at KLIA, allowing passengers of selected airlines to check in and print their boarding passes and baggage tags.

Please note that Xiamen Airlines does not offer self-service check-in at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL). Passengers travelling with Xiamen Airlines are required to check in at the airport check-in counters.

Airport Counter Check-in

Location: Terminal 1, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL).

Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes prior to departure.

Arrival advice: Passengers are advised to arrive at least 180 minutes before departure to allow sufficient time for check-in and other formalities.
