The Sultan Abdul Samad Mosque, commonly known as the KLIA Mosque, is located near Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and serves as a key place of worship for travellers, airport staff, and the surrounding community.

Designed with traditional Islamic architectural elements, the mosque offers a peaceful and spacious environment for daily prayers and religious activities. It is easily accessible from the airport precinct and can accommodate a large number of worshippers. The mosque is well maintained and provides essential facilities, making it a convenient option for passengers seeking a quiet place for prayer before or after their flights.

There is a shuttle service from KLIA Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 to the Mosque, but it’s specifically for Friday (Jummah) prayers. KLIA management provides four complimentary buses (two at Terminal 1 and two at Terminal 2) to transport passengers and airport staff from the terminals to the mosque on Fridays. You can check the exact schedule at the Information Counters in both terminals.

For other days or outside the scheduled shuttle times, you’d need to use a taxi, ride-hailing service (e.g., Grab), or local public buses to reach the mosque.
