Da Nang International Airport

Da Nang International Airport (DAD) is the main international gateway to Da Nang, the largest city in central Vietnam. It is located approximately 3 to 5 km west of Da Nang city centre, making it conveniently close to downtown and coastal areas. As one of Vietnam’s busiest airports and the largest in central Vietnam, it serves both domestic and international flights, connecting the region to major cities across Southeast Asia and within Vietnam.

Da Nang International Airport has two main passenger terminals for domestic and international flights. The terminals provide modern amenities to enhance traveler comfort, including check in counters, self service kiosks, immigration and customs services, baggage claim areas, lounges, retail outlets, and duty free shops.

Food and beverage options range from cafés and quick service restaurants to sit down dining with local and international cuisine. Free Wi Fi is available throughout the terminals, along with ATMs, currency exchange services, traveler assistance desks, and accessible facilities for passengers with reduced mobility.

Airlines

Airlines operating at Da Nang International Airport include Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, Bamboo Airways, Singapore Airlines, Korean Air, Thai Airways, and China Eastern. The airport provides flights to domestic hubs such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, as well as international destinations including Singapore, Seoul, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Taipei, and Tokyo.

Transportation

Travelers can reach Da Nang city centre from the airport using taxis, ride hailing services such as Grab, or local buses. Taxi services and ride hail pickups are available just outside the terminal, offering easy access to downtown Da Nang and nearby areas. Bus services also connect the airport with the city and surrounding districts.
