As one of China’s busiest airports, it serves both domestic and international flights, connecting Hangzhou to major cities across Asia, Europe, and North America.

The airport has a single large passenger terminal divided into Terminal 1 and
Terminal 2, connected by shuttle services and airport facilities. Facilities
include check-in counters, self-service kiosks, automated baggage drop,
immigration and customs services, and baggage claim.
Travelers can enjoy
lounges, duty-free shops, retail outlets, cafés, quick-service restaurants, and
sit-down dining offering both Chinese and international cuisine. Free Wi-Fi is
available throughout the terminal, and other amenities include ATMs, currency
exchange counters, business centers, and travel assistance desks. Special
services for passengers with reduced mobility are also provided.

Airlines operating at HGH include China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, Hainan Airlines, Air China, Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines, and Emirates.
