Domestic and International arriving passengers in Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) will pass through the arrival concourse located on Level 3.

Passengers arriving at Satellite Building will have to board the Aerotrain to reach the Main Terminal Building (MTB) for immigration control, custom check and claim your baggage (if any).

Arrival at the MTB would be on the Mezzanine Level (Level 4) and access to the Arrival Level would be via lifts or escalators. These are located a short distance away from the Aerotrain. There are a total of 48 Immigration counters for arriving passengers and another 16 for transfer passengers.
