Check your flight number at the Flight Information Displays (FIDS) to confirm the departure gate and time of your connecting flight. Make sure you arrive at the departure terminal / gate 30 minutes before the departure time as the gates close 10 minutes before departure time.

Domestic Arrivals

Passengers arriving from within Malaysia:

• with immediate domestic connecting flights, kindly proceed directly to your departure hall.

• with immediate international connecting flights and boarding passes, kindly proceed through the Customs Immigration Quarantine before departure.

• with connecting flights without boarding passes, kindly proceed to your airline check-in counter before departure.

Kindly proceed through the Arrival Immigration check-point, collect your luggage (if any) and clear through Customs before checking-in at the respective terminal for your connecting flight. Passengers are reminded to ensure that they have the necessary valid travel documents (Passport, Visa, etc.) to clear through the Arrival Immigration check-point into Malaysia.
