Passengers are advised to check with airport staff regarding any items misplaced within Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2 (klia2). For items lost on board an aircraft, travellers should contact the airline with which they are flying. It is strongly recommended that travellers obtain travel insurance to cover any potential losses.

Terminal 2 (klia2) Lost and Found Centre

The Lost and Found Centre is situated on Level 3, Departure Hall (near check-in Counter Z) at Terminal 2 (klia2). Items that are handed in will be retained for 30 days; unclaimed items will be disposed of thereafter.
