GRAB and Other e-Hailing Services Pick Up Point at KLIA

Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is one of the first airport in Malaysia to enable GRAB and e-Hailing Services pick up point.

Simply order your GRAB / e-Hailing Services using your preferred app and head to level 1 by using elevator behind "The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf" cafe and exit through Door 4, Level 1 of Main Terminal Building (MTB) at KLIA to meet with your GRAB / e-Hailing driver.

The designated GRAB / e-Hailing Services pick-up points have been upgraded with comfortable waiting amenities for passengers.

The Airport Management has allocated a complimentary waiting area for GRAB / other e-Hailing drivers at its Landside Operations office which is just 5 minutes away from the terminal before picking up their passengers. By waiting at this designated parking area prior to the arrival of their passengers, the drivers will be able to abide to the 5-minute period allocated to pick-up them up at the designated points.

NOTE: GRAB / e-Hailing Services for Terminal 2 (klia2) is at Door 5, Level 1 of Transportation Hub
