Online Web Check-in

9 Air provides an online web check-in service that allows passengers to complete the check-in process before arriving at the airport.

After completing online check-in, passengers can print their boarding pass and proceed to the airport for baggage drop (if required) and security screening.

Airport Counter Check-in

Location: Terminal 2, Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL).

Counters open 3 hours before the scheduled departure time and close 60 minutes before departure.
