If you lose an item during your Aero Dili flight or at Kuala Lumpur
International Airport (KLIA), Aero Dili and the Lost and Found service are available to
assist you in reporting and retrieving your belongings.
Items Lost Within Terminal (Public Areas)
If you lose personal belongings within the public areas of KLIA Terminal 2
(klia2) (such as
check‑in halls, lounges, security screening areas, or baggage claim points), contact the airport’s Lost & Found department
directly. Provide details such as:

areas at
KLIA Terminal 2 (klia2).
Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate
If you leave an item onboard the aircraft, at the boarding gate, or within an
airline‑controlled area, contact Aero Dili Customer Service (or their local handling team) with your flight number, date,
seat number, and a detailed description of the item.
Airport staff or Aero Dili representatives will guide you to the appropriate
airline handling department for lost item follow‑up and collection.
Retrieval & Collection
If your item is found, it can be collected in person at KLIA Terminal 2 (klia2). You may
authorize a representative in writing to collect the item on your behalf,
provided appropriate identification and authorization documents are presented.
In-Person Assistance
Visit the Lost & Found
Office in Terminal 2 (klia2) at Level 3, Departure Hall, for help reporting
and tracking your lost items.
