If you lose an item during your Cebu Pacific Air flight or at KLIA (KUL)
Terminal 2 (klia2), Cebu Pacific Air is here to
assist. The Lost and Found service allows you to report and retrieve your
belongings quickly and easily.
Follow these steps to report and recover your
lost items.
Items Lost Within Terminal (Public Areas)
If you’ve lost something anywhere in the klia2 terminal building (public areas)
including things left in lounges, shops, toilets, or common areas, the airport’s

is the first place to contact:

Items handed in are usually held for around 30 days before disposition.
Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate
If your item was lost onboard the Cebu Pacific aircraft, or during
boarding/deplaning, you typically need to contact the airline directly or its
ground handling partner, airport
Lost & Found Centre
handles only items found in public terminal spaces.
Cebu Pacific doesn’t host a specific dedicated lost-and-found office at KLIA
Terminal 2 (klia2). Contact Cebu Pacific customer service to report the item and
ask which internal handling office manages lost onboard items at Kuala Lumpur.
You can do this via their live chat bot Charlie on the app/website or by calling
their international support line.
