If you lose an item during your FitsAir flight or at the airport, FitsAir is
here to assist. The Lost and Found service allows you to report and recover your
belongings efficiently.
Follow these steps to report and retrieve your lost items.
Items Lost Within Terminal (Public Areas)
If you lose an item in the public areas of KLIA Terminal 2 (klia2) (e.g.,
departure hall, shops, lounges), contact the airport’s Lost & Found department
directly:

These contacts are for lost items found anywhere within the public areas of
KLIA Terminal 2 (klia2).
Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate
If you leave an item on the aircraft or at the boarding gate, you should contact
the FitsAir Customer Contact Centre with your flight number, flight date, seat
number, and a detailed description of the lost item.
Airport staff may
direct you to the appropriate airline handling department if the item is located
outside the public terminal areas. FitsAir staff will assist in tracing the item
and advise you on how it can be retrieved.
Retrieval & Collection
If your item is located, it can be collected in person at KLIA Terminal 2
(klia2). You may also authorize someone in writing to pick it up on your behalf.
In-Person Assistance
Visit the Lost & Found
Office in Terminal 2 (klia2) at Level 3, Departure Hall, for help reporting
and tracking your lost items.
