If you lose an item during your Greater Bay Airlines flight or at the
airport, Greater Bay Airlines and Kuala Lumpur International Airport offer
procedures to help you report and recover your belongings.
Follow these steps to report and recover your lost items.
Items Lost Within Terminal (Public Areas)
If you lose your item in the public areas of KLIA Terminal 2 (klia2) (e.g.,
departure hall, shops, lounges), you should contact the airport’s Lost & Found
Center:

These contacts are for lost items found anywhere within the terminal public
areas at
KLIA Terminal 2 (klia2).
Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate
If you leave an item on the aircraft, at the boarding gate, or in restricted
airline areas, contact Greater Bay Airlines customer service or its ground
handling team with your flight number, travel date, seat number, and a detailed
description of the item.
Aircraft‑related lost items are usually handled
by the airline or its ground services rather than the airport’s public Lost &
Found Center.
Airport staff may guide you to the appropriate
office or airline ground handling contact if the item was lost outside public
terminal areas.
Retrieval & Collection
If your item is located, you may collect it in person at the Lost & Found
Center, Terminal 2 (klia2). If you cannot collect it yourself, you may authorize
someone in writing to pick it up on your behalf.
In-Person Assistance
Visit the Lost & Found
Office in Terminal 2 (klia2) at Level 3, Departure Hall, for help reporting
and tracking your lost items.
For airline‑related lost item assistance (such as items left on the aircraft),
passengers may contact Greater Bay Airlines Service Center in Hong Kong at
