belongings efficiently.
Items Lost Within Terminal (Public Areas)
For items lost in public areas of KLIA Terminal 2 (klia2), such as the departure hall, shops, or lounges, contact the airport’s Lost & Found department:

Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate
For items left on the aircraft or at the boarding gate, contact Hainan Airlines
customer service (or their local handling team) with your flight number, date,
seat number, and a detailed description of the item.
Airport staff may direct you to the appropriate airline handling department if
the lost item is outside public terminal areas.
Retrieval & Collection
If your item is located, it can be collected in person at KLIA Terminal 2
(klia2). You may also authorize someone else in writing to collect the item on
your behalf.
In-Person Assistance
Visit the Lost & Found
Office in Terminal 2 (klia2) at Level 3, Departure Hall, for support in
reporting and tracking lost items.
