Passengers traveling with Loong Air can check in using the following methods:

Online Web / Mobile Check-in

Passengers can complete check-in through Loong Air’s official website. Online check-in is available from 24 hours up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. A boarding pass can be printed or saved digitally for airport security.

Self Service Check-in Kiosk

Self-service kiosks are available at select airports, allowing passengers to check in and print boarding passes. Kiosk check-in opens 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Airport Counter Check-in

Loong Air operates from Terminal 2 (klia2) at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

KLIA Terminal 2 Check-in Counters: The check-in counters are organized by the airport authority. Counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
