SilkAir Check-in Information at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA)

On 28 January 2021, SilkAir ceased operations after merging with Singapore Airlines (SIA), consolidating into one airline.

Passengers traveling with SilkAir can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:

Online Web Check-in

Online check-in for SilkAir are available.

Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

For easier and smoother boarding, check in your flights at self check-in kiosk to avoid the queue.

Services are available at the check-in kiosk around the departures hall.

Airport Counter Check-in

The amount of time needed to complete all check-in requirements varies depending on your itinerary. The counters at the airport will be closing 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.

Boarding gate will close 30 minutes prior to scheduled time of departure.
