If you lose an item during your 9 Air flight or at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminal 2 (klia2), 9 Air is here to assist. The Lost and Found service helps you report and retrieve your belongings quickly and efficiently.

Items Lost Within Terminal (Public Areas)

If your item is lost in the public areas of KLIA Terminal 2 (klia2), such as the departure hall, shops, or lounges, please contact the airport’s Lost & Found department directly:

These contacts are for lost items found anywhere within the terminal public areas at KLIA Terminal 2 (klia2).

Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate

If you leave an item on the aircraft or at the boarding gate, contact 9 Air Customer Service or the local handling team with your flight number, date, seat number, and a detailed description of the item. Airport staff may direct you to the appropriate airline handling department if the item is outside public terminal areas.

Retrieval & Collection

If your lost item is located, it can be collected in person at KLIA Terminal 2 (klia2). You may also authorize someone in writing to collect it on your behalf.

In-Person Assistance

Visit the Lost & Found Office in Terminal 2 (klia2) at Level 3, Departure Hall, for help reporting and tracking your lost items.
