If you lose an item during your Loong Air flight or anywhere within Kuala
Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2 (klia2), you can follow the steps below
to report and recover your belongings.
Items Lost Within Terminal (Public Areas)
For items misplaced in public areas of KLIA Terminal 2 (klia2) such as the
departure hall, shops, or lounges, contact the airport’s Lost and Found Centre.

These contacts are for items found within the public terminal areas at
KLIA Terminal 2 (klia2). Airport Lost
and Found retains found items for a period and may provide further instructions
for collection.
Items Lost Onboard or at the Gate
If you leave an item on the aircraft, at the boarding gate, or in an area
restricted to airline or airport staff, contact Loong Air Customer Service or
the airline’s local ground handling team with your flight number, travel date,
seat number, and a detailed description of the item. Airport staff can advise
how to report the loss to the appropriate airline department.
Retrieval & Collection
If your item is located, you may collect it in person at KLIA Terminal 2
(klia2). You may also authorize another person in writing to pick up the item on
your behalf.
In-Person Assistance
Visit the Lost & Found
Office in Terminal 2 (klia2) at Level 3, Departure Hall, for help reporting
and tracking your lost items.
